We are pleased to share that Song for Charlie is bringing our FREE parent/caregiver fentanyl education program "The New Drug Talk" to Oregon in 2024. The New Drug Talk Oregon program will help to educate parents and caregivers about fentanyl and encourage them to talk with the young people in their lives about fentanyl, the dangers of counterfeit pills, and the new chemical drug landscape.
We invite you to join our first public New Drug Talk webinar to learn about the program, timeline, implementation plans, and how you can get involved. We recognize we will be most successful if we partner with communities throughout Oregon and attendees will have the opportunity to provide input to the program team.
This update is for ANYONE in Oregon who might be interested in using this program in their community, including Prevention Coordinators, Overdose Coordinators, Drug Free Coalitions, local health officials, educators, and more.
